For all products sold under warranty, the warranty service for all products sold is mainly carried out by the parent company of the particular brand. In this case, DRM Electronics Ltd is working only as an intermediary for the warranty service of the original brand companies.

The warranty conditions specified by the manufacturer are as follows:

DRM Electronics Ltd adheres to the domestic and international brand warranty policy for each product.

Most of the products imported by DRM are covered by warranty service within a short period of time and some products are replaced as soon as complaints are received.

All products sold are not warranted, the only company-declared warranties and warranty service is provided on all products.

If a product is found to have a defect or technical problem during the warranty period, DRM Electronics Ltd resolves the defect by repairing or replacing the product immediately, depending on the product type.

DRM Electronics may charge a fee for any service outside the scope of the warranty which shall be effective subject to the consent of the purchaser.

For a dead pixel warranty claim on a TV, a minimum of 3 or more dead pixels must be visible.

The buyer is requested to bring the box of the TV at the time of the TV warranty claim.

In this case, there will be no warranty claim.

Product warranty will not be claimed if the product gets wet, broken, or burnt due to careless use.

The purchase papers or bill of the product covered by the warranty must be shown, otherwise, the warranty will be void, and the product serial number on the bill issued by DRM Electronics must match the product serial number.

If the warranty receipt paper of a specific product is lost, the product must be accepted subject to the purchase receipt and appropriate proof.

If more than 2 months have passed in the warranty or service department after the warranty of a particular product, the company will not bear the responsibility for the product.
