In the case of purchasing products from the shop, you must check and buy in front of the salesperson at the shop. Later problems will be covered under the warranty if the product has a warranty. If you order products from our website, Facebook page or other online platforms, after receiving the products make a video when unboxing the products.
In the case of online orders, after receiving the delivery of the product, if there is a manufacturing defect in the product, it must be reported to our hotline within 24 hours.
Defective products are exchangeable from our shop. In this case, our experts will observe the defect in the product and take steps to change it.
If the buyer wishes to exchange the defective product through the delivery man or exchange the product, then a change charge of BDT 500 will be applicable. Only courier charges will be applicable outside Dhaka. If the product is found broken or burnt after delivery, the full responsibility of the product shall be borne by the buyer.
The product is not returnable or exchangeable for any reason after receiving the product purchased from the delivery staff as per the description on the website of DRM Electronics Ltd. It does not support your particular device or you no longer wish to buy it.
Refunds may take 3 to 10 working days or longer for online payments after product returns for specific reasons.
Refund charges are not applicable in the case of BKash / Online / POS payment refunds.
In the case of a courier, the buyer must not receive the product from the courier if the product is broken or the packet is torn. If the buyer receives the product damaged in the courier, it should be done at his own risk and no complaint will be accepted later in this regard.

Note: Refund timeline excludes weekends and public holidays. The Voucher discount code can only be applied once. The leftover amount will not be refunded or used for the next purchase even if the value of the order is smaller than the voucher value.
Refund and Return Policy – Cases Where It Will Not Be Applicable:
- The product was ordered by mistake and is no longer needed.
- The product was ordered solely for the purpose of viewing.
- I changed my decision after ordering and was not interested in receiving the product.
- The product seems to not fully match the expected quality.
